SHIPPING

How are the shipping charges calculated ?
Our rates are calculated based on the weight and size of items, and includes a handling fee for packaging. If you are an international customer, you may be charged import duties and charges by the customs of your country. This is outside of our control and we are unable to give you an estimate. If you have any queries, do email us at hello@actspressions.com, we'll be happy to try and help you.

How long does it take to receive products?
We aim to process and ship out all orders within 3 working days of receiving payment. You will receive an automated email notification once your order is shipped out.

What if my package is refused or undelivered?

Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.

Actspressions is not liable for lost parcels sent via local standard shipping to the correct given address by the customer, and lost/damaged mail via local registered shipping will be handled by SingPost.

Should we make a mistake on our end, a proper refund or re-shipping of the item will be done.

PAYMENT

All payments on this site are made either through Paypal, Mastercard or Visa. Even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can pay for your items using your credit card. Please note that all Paypal or credit card transactions and collection of credit card information is processed entirely by Paypal and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.

RETURN POLICY

We do not do returns or refunds unless the product is damaged. In that event, email us at hello@actspressions.com.
